Day 1:

2. Create a composition sketch

Day 2:

Finish your sketch!

Presentation:

Day 3-4: Sharpie Outlines and Line Weight

  1. Create a contour line drawing of your cell composition onto the watercolor paper. Use pencil first, lightly!
  2. Do not color any sections in with pencil. Remember, you are going to paint this!

Go over your lines with sharpie. Add line weight.

Day 5-7: Watercolor Painting

1. Mix watercolor paints to create original colors throughout the piece.

2. Experiment with different watercolor techniques in your painting.

3. Paint neatly and within the lines.
